It is said among my friends that I face Black Combe three times a day to worship, I have an idea why they think this, but I am not telling. However, I am not alone in my adoration of this mighty fell, which standeth proud at the tip of old Cumberland and from whence the great barony of Millomshire can be surveyed, for the great William Wordsworth too loved this ancient mount.
